Surface coating technology

On January 1st 2008, the ‘R. Spitzke Oberflächen- und Galvanotechnik GmbH & Co KG‘, a renowned surface coating and electroplating firm, became a subsidiary in our group of companies.

The company focuses on functional electroplating, with the goal of offering customers tailored solutions. Their range of services includes different coating methods such as hard chrome, electroless nickel and various special coatings. Chemical processes such as pickling and passivating stainless steels, chemical deburring and electropolishing are also part of the product portfolio.

The procedures hard chrome, electroless nickel and passivation have been approved for various companies from the aviation industry (e.g. Airbus, Lufthansa Technik).
