Milling and drilling
Our milling department is equipped with CNC-controlled machining centres with 5th axis. This is where we manufacture sophisticated components for the tobacco and food industry, in close cooperation with the surface grinding department. The maximum working range is 1,000 x 500 x 400.
Conventional machining options are also available for manufacturing individual components and for special orders.

Holder
This is a sophisticated component for the tobacco industry which places extremely high demands on shape and position. Because of the component’s complex geometry, the departments involved (incl. heat treatment) need to work closely together.
Trough
This is a component for the tobacco industry which places extremely high demands on shape, position and surface finish. The component passes through various stages of heat treatment before being finished on our lapping machine and on the CNC surface and coordinate grinding machine. Each component is marked on our CNC marking machine.
