Finishing/Assembly
We have set up a separate workstation with qualified personnel to deal with difficult and lengthy deburring issues. Assembling components and engraving can also be done here.
Load hook
The load hook is made for the Navy. Together with a swivel, which is also manufactured by us, it is used for recovering underwater drones for mine hunting. The component is 3D milled. All finishing and assembly work was done in-house. The final inspection was carried out by the technical supervisory association Germanischer Lloyd.
Vacuum valve
These vacuum valves for the beverage industry are subjected to a complete overhaul by our staff, during which we replace about 80% of the constituent components (standard parts, seals and springs etc.). The audit includes, among other things, repairing the chrome of the piston rod. Mounting takes place with the help of devices manufactured by us, in accordance with parts lists and customer specifications.
